• To initiate a product return a Return Good Authorization (RGA) must be requested from our customer service team with 30 days of delivery. To request a RGA please contact our customer service department at info@veripure.com

• Returns must be in original packaging and unopened to be accepted and receive a full refund less the shipping charges.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and assumes the risk of loss or damage to the returned product while in transit back to Badger-VeriPure, LLC. We recommend insuring the returned product through the shipping company of choice.

• Returns will be inspected for misuse, misapplication, damage, or defect. All refunds are given solely at the discretion of Badger-VeriPure, LLC after the product has been inspected.
