Return and Refund Policy

To initiate a product return a Return Good Authorization (RGA) must be requested from our customer service team with 30 days of delivery. To request a RGA please contact our customer service department at info@veripure.com

Returns must be in original packaging and unopened to be accepted and receive a full refund less the shipping charges.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and assumes the risk of loss or damage to the returned product while in transit back to Badger-VeriPure, LLC. We recommend insuring the returned product through the shipping company of choice.

Returns will be inspected for misuse, misapplication, damage, or defect. All refunds are given solely at the discretion of Badger-VeriPure, LLC after the product has been inspected.
