Is water treated with ozone safe to drink?

This seems to be the number one question we hear often for ozone water treatment, the short answer is "Yes" you can drink water that has been filtered and ozonated. Ozone is created from oxygen which creates a natural process of oxidation thus eliminating the need for harmful chemicals.

Ozone leaves behind zero waste and no chemical footprint, it simply reverts itself back into oxygen! Now, we do recommend however when filling a glass, bottle or pitcher to let it sit for a period of time so the ozone can dissipate back into oxygen before consumption.
